Dear stillness.

It’s been a long time.

Feeling like I am floating in between…

Between the depth of water and the brightness of the sky.

Still grieving so many losses and integrating so many transformation.

But still looking up,

gazing at the sky,

observing the clouds slowly

clearing for the sun to shine bright.

Watering myself like we water the soil before seeing the flower growing.

Allowing myself to take a breath,

Breathing thought it all

Dear stillness,

it’s been a long time.

I needed you.
