FEELING PEACE WITHIN

The best way I found to contribute to a world of peace is to create peace within ourselves . 🧘‍♀️

Meaning, in our mind we can understand the concept of peace, but still be so disconnected from the sensation in our bodies.

So I believe that if we integrate somatically the sensation of Peacefulless in our body by feeling it, then we can practice taking meaningful actions from this vibration and so contribute to peace for our world.

How can we do when we feel so disempowered facing a life situation that happens whether we want it or not ?

Over the last years of overcoming ordeals, I founded that the key was inside. We can’t contrôle what happen, we can contrôle the way we react from it.

Soooo easy to understand in a mentally level, but I feel that I somehow I finally integrate it in my body.

I had the chance to receive a talented and experienced teacher in the somatic therapies field in puerto viejo. He trained me all week and we ci-produced évents to share this with the community, I am now really integrating the teachings….

I am now dedicating my energy as a priority to my inner state of being, so when things happens I can choses how to react and take align action.

So I wish all of us to embody peace. To feel it it in our body and take some action from this place so it can emanate around.

This also relate to a big teaching of my Mum. When someone come and scream at you, ibeing still is the best way to shift the energy.
