It takes courage. To lead with our feminin

To be vulnerable
To trust and soften to our feelings

To open to our intuition
To do the unseed work of care and devotion

It takes courage to stand firmly in our power

To shine from inside out
To speak our truth

It takes courage to inverse polarities

To place the heart and body back at the center

To lead a life with love & compassion
To share ourselves with others in our most authentic version

I know how much we have forgotten all of it

Repressed by a system that no longer serves individuals

Repressing waters & emotions

I know that it’s hard to reconnect with our body that it’s unconfortable to sit with our feelings

It takes courage, breath and practice

But we are in this together ⭕️

As we weave the treads again we remember by connecting to each other. By sitting in circle

Feeling so much power back in my body to continue my mission to create healing temple & journeys with @madresana_lovesyou “the mother that heals”
